There is a huge L shaped sofa for relaxing (this also becomes a double bed which could sleep an additional 2 guests) and an impressive 58” smart TV placed here for use, offering direct access to local channels Netflix and other apps.
The three bedrooms are located on the same level and all include a large amount of storage within spacious built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers in each room. The master bedroom has a 1.8m wide super-kingsize bed and en-suite which includes a luxury bath, toilet and double sink.
In the second bedroom and third bedrooms both have been fitted with two single beds each. The second bathroom is situated between these rooms, and has a modern walk in shower, toilet and sink.
Equipped with an outdoor table and chairs and some chairs to relax outside in, the main outdoor terrace is a great place to spend time looking out onto everything that the town has to offer, while remaining a private place to spend your time.
High speed, unlimited wifi is included within the property and although a car is not necessary due to the location, we can include a car parking space within the private underground garage too.

Apartment is not accessed via ground level, but can disabled guests can use the lift to reach the correct floor. Once in the apartment, there are no steps or stairs.

Located within Estepona town and walking distance to Estepona Port, there is little need to use the public transport in Estepona, however if you wish to use the bus service (operated 7 days a week by Autocares Ricardo) there are bus stops spread along the beachfront and the cost will be less than €1.50 per person for a single ticket.
The local busses within Estepona lead to Estepona Bus Station, and from here it is possible to take further busses along the coastline to destinations such as Marbella, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Malaga (including the airport) and La Linea (walking distance to Gibraltar Airport). Bus trips to both airports take around 1 hour and costs around €10 per person.
It is possible to walk to the bus station by following the paseo along the beachfront for just over 2km.
In Estepona you can also easily find taxi ranks throughout the town, making travel back to the property extremely simple. The most common taxi ranks are: Avenida de Espana (near to the underground parking entrance), Avenida Juan Carlos I (outside Banco Sabadell), at the roundabout beside Estepona Port and also behind Estepona Bus Station. The trip will cost around €15-€20 depending on the time of day and your start point.
For travel into Estepona town, it is possible to call a local taxi to come and collect you, and Uber also operate in the area meaning you can use the app to book transport.
