Lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, west facing apartment with stunning views of Estepona Port and the sea.

Situated on the third floor of the Puerto Blanco urbanizacion, this apartment is perfectly placed for those looking to explore all that Estepona has to offer without the need for a car (although underground parking can be arranged if needed).

The marina is only 250 metres from the property and there you will find a huge selection of bars, restaurants, cafes to enjoy while you sit back and enjoy the buzz of this area of town. By continuing your walk along the golden beachfront, you be able to make your way to Estepona old town, which is home to cobbled streets lined with colourful flowers, boutique shops, and outstanding places to eat including a handful of tapas bars which you won’t want to miss.

Within the property there is a new modern kitchen installed with high quality appliances and utensils. Recent renovations have been completed to open the wall between the living room and kitchen, making the area more open plan and free flowing. The living room has been beautifully decorated and contains a large comfortable sofa, 58” smart TV and an indoor dining table and chairs.

Both the kitchen and living room have access to a wonderfully sized terrace area which has been glassed in, although this can be opened up fully if desired. An outdoor chair set and dining table & chairs are placed here to allow guests to sit back and enjoy the views.

There are three bedrooms in the property, each with built in cupboards, including a master with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains two single beds, and the third has a single day bed that converts to a double if required.

Throughout the apartment there is high speed Wifi and air conditioning available.

Apartment is not accessed via ground level, but disabled guests can use the lift to reach the correct floor. Once in the apartment, there are no stairs, however there is a door frame of around 6cm to access the utility area where the washing machine is located and another through to the outside terrace.

Transport

Located only 200m from Estepona Port and within walking distance to Estepona Town, there is little need to use the public transport in Estepona, however if you wish to use the bus service (operated 7 days a week by Autocares Ricardo) there are bus stops spread along the beachfront and the cost will be less than €1.50 per person for a single ticket.

The local busses within Estepona lead to Estepona Bus Station, and from here it is possible to take further busses along the coastline to destinations such as Marbella, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Malaga (including the airport) and La Linea (walking distance to Gibraltar Airport). Bus trips to both airports take around 1 hour and costs around €10 per person.

It is possible to walk to the bus station by following the paseo along the beachfront for around 3.5km.

In Estepona you can also easily find taxi ranks throughout the town, making travel back to the property extremely simple. The most common taxi ranks are: Avenida de Espana (near to the underground parking entrance), Avenida Juan Carlos I (outside Banco Sabadell), at the roundabout beside Estepona Port and also behind Estepona Bus Station. The trip will cost around €15-€20 depending on the time of day and your start point.

For travel into Estepona town, it is possible to call a local taxi to come and collect you, and Uber also operate in the area meaning you can use the app to book transport.
